Cyber Bullying is a big issue because there are many people every year that commit suicide because they have been bullied. I think that cyber bullying happens everywhere and you can really stop it people do what they want. You can defiantly limit the amount of bullying by putting out more information on what it does and the affects it has on other people. I strongly disagree with bullying, it is wrong and it is just not right.
